LC Staffing
LC Staffing had been operating since 1985 and has become Montana’s largest independently owned employment service. Their brand was well established but they felt it was becoming a little stagnate. They were ready for a brand change that was somewhat modern and would appeal to a younger demographic. Something new and fresh!
Working with their marketing team, we fine tuned their logo, creating a clean, modern design. The colors were changed from blue and gray to a vibrant teal. The color palette was further refined in marketing materials, using big blocks of teal paired with white and yellow accents. Color overlays on photos were used predominantly along with angular lines, giving a more contemporary vibe.
Social media marketing was increased to attract and engage a younger audience. The messages were very positive, complimenting their slogan… Moving People Forward.
