We love to do great work for great people, and Flathead Land Trust is a perfect example of this.
Flathead Land Trust is dedicated to the conservation of northwest Montana’s land and water legacy through voluntary agreements with private landowners. We have had the privilege of working with the Flathead Land Trust since 2010. Over the past 10 years we have helped to promote their mission by gaining support through fundraising campaigns and events, and by raising awareness through newsletters and marketing collateral.
As most people are aware, non-profits tend to have smaller budgets—especially for marketing. One goal, in working with Flathead Land Trust has been to create high quality marketing materials with a fairly limited budget. With their brand, we opted to let photos tell the story whenever possible. Large, high quality local photography, paired with graphics and vibrant colors are effective in conveying their excitement for our public lands and hopefulness for the future.
One of the most rewarding projects has been the event branding for their annual fundraiser, The Land Affair. It only makes sense that the imagery highlight our local scenery, wildlife and outdoor activities. Designs are purposefully very illustrative, giving each yearly event a captivating, handcrafted theme that supports their cause.
As lovers of the outdoors ourselves, we are passionate about Flathead Land Trust’s mission. Their work is imperative to protecting our open spaces and wild places.
